M&E Site Supervisor

We currently have an opening for an M&E Site Supervisor to join our team. Based from our Head Office in Cookstown, Co. Tyrone, the M&E Site Supervisor will be responsible for the supervision of multiple sites and overseeing the day-to-day operation of allocated projects.

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, working in close liaison with the contract management team; the management, supervision and control of on-site labour; maintaining quality standards on-site; and collaborative working with the project procurement team.

The successful candidate will be a time-served electrician (ideally with a testing and inspection qualification) and will hold an IOSH or equivalent health and safety qualification. They will have a proven track record with 5+ years’ experience at site supervisory level or as site foreman, be fully conversant with current H&S legislation, with an aptitude for value engineering.  They must be a confident team player who takes pride in their work with the ability to work on their own initiative, and can demonstrate competency in managing sub-contractor teams.

M&E Contract Manager

We currently have an opening for an M&E Contract Manager to join our team. Based from our Head Office in Cookstown, Co. Tyrone, the M&E Contract Manager will be responsible for the performance of multiple sites and overseeing the day-to-day operational and financial performance, ensuring that all contractual KPIs are achieved.

The successful candidate will have a holistic approach to managing all projects, from planning to commissioning stages, ensuring end-to-end monitoring to deliver optimum results for all parties.  The successful candidate will have 5+ years’ experience in a similar role and have a strong commercial background and good financial acumen.  They must have ability to work on their own initiative, be H&S conversant, and preferably have an electrical bias.

The M&E Contract Manager will ensure that client relations are developed and maintained with regular communication, essential for collaborative partnerships. They will lead and develop their team, ensuring that all team members play a key role in delivering and driving the business forward through innovation and expertise.
