These are then tagged, logged and registered with all information noted on condition, expiry, warranty and other key information. Use of asset management software enables us to manage and monitor all assets.
This allows us to:
Scan asset codes
Create an asset register within the system
Capture asset information at a level agreed with our clients: asset type, asset condition, asset location, serial numbers/model numbers, warranty information, age, etc.
Report on asset conditions
Warranty information and expiry dates – we can advise on warranty extensions
Identify recurring asset issues that enables us to advise upgrade/replacement
Equipment lifecycle management
Consult in an advisory capacity re asset management and maintenance
